Windblown.

Snow fell overnight, but just a little. The wind tried to blow some of it clear.
Still not bad skating in the same area I was in yesterday. The new snow is thin and cold enough that it doesn’t slow you down too much. The problem is that it hides the crumbly, grabby stuff around the fringes of yesterday’s clear area. Had a couple less than graceful moments when I hit some of those patches. One diving wipeout over a rough, frozen snowmobile track. No harm, no foul.

Just used the Pentax today.

If we get too much more snow that might be it for the skating for a while.
